	<description><![CDATA[<p><img src="http://f20.yahoofs.com/hkblog/hGjPGuWUHBikIVuTWgMoNPqUgA--_7/blog/ap_20080116102317237.jpg?ib_____Dn2hBXXWv" border="0" width="500" height="375" /></p><p>食剩GE飯,用來整炒飯就最好不過</p><p>材料 :冷飯３碗 , 芋頭１/４個 , 叉燒１條 , 粟米１/２碗 , 松子１/２碗</p><p>調味 :ＸＯ醬１茶匙</p><p>做法 :　</p><p>１.芋頭去皮切粒,叉燒以熱水去除表面油份切粒</p><p>２.芋頭粒以少許油鹽糊椒粉伴勻焗至表面香脆</p><p>３.燒熱少許油爆香薑片,下叉燒粒栗米及松子炒香,盛起取出薑片備用</p><p>４.冷飯下鑊加少許溫水炒鬆,逐炒至飯乾身,加入其餘材料及調味炒勻即成</p><p><img src="http://a5556.myweb.hinet.net/msn/h_word/hw%20(11).gif" border="0" />：芋頭先以滾水煮一會或以焗爐焗一會才去皮，不但皮容易去，更重要是不會令到手部痕癢</p>]]></description>
