	<description><![CDATA[<p><img src="http://f20.yahoofs.com/hkblog/hGjPGuWUHBikIVuTWgMoNPqUgA--_7/blog/ap_20080219102120613.jpg?ib_____D2nrzwjRZ" border="0" width="500" height="375" /></p><p>在街市見到西蘭花同椰菜花,兩樣都好想食,在難以取捨的情況下,結果將它們倆都帶了回家,並把它們二合為一,淋上自製的白汁,再灑上芝士,入爐把芝士焗至金黃,不太喜歡蔬菜的老公竟也吃個不停</p><p><font face="Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">材料 : 西蘭花1/2個椰菜花1/2個</font></p><p><font face="Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">白汁 : 橄欖油 2湯匙  , 牛油1小塊 ,  麵粉2湯匙  ,  溫水3-4碗  ,淡忌廉 2/1盒 , 鹽少許</font></p><p><font face="Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">白汁做法 : 燒熱橄欖油,煮溶牛油,轉小火加入麵粉,煮成麵糊,加入溫水調稀,後加入淡忌廉及鹽拌勻即成 </font></p><p><font face="Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">做法 :</font></p><p><font face="Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">西蘭花及椰菜花汆水，瀝乾水份，排於焗盤，淋上白汁，灑上Parmigiano-Reggiano芝士碎，入爐以220<span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Arial Unicode MS'">℃</span>焗10-15分鐘</font></p>]]></description>
